I have gone one step beyond this by having the very system that I chose to change support me while I write this book. I hope this book helps change the system.

I would be a minor fungus to our system compared to the real problems our government has. I could be a very beneficial fungus. It would be good to think of myself as a beneficial bacteria in the body of government. I think I like that self-image better than being a fungus. I plan to use what knowledge I have gained as a fungus to combat the cancer in our society. The cancer I will make you aware of is a well nourished financial cancer. I will call it Corrupted Militant Government.

I am using the only weapon that might be effective in turning this situation around.,Words are just words unless you use them to tell the truth. The truth will set you free. I will be free if I can get the truth out fast enough. I just don't want someone to kill me for telling it. After the truth is told it would be stupid for anyone to do anything drastic to me. That would just emphasize the fact that the truth had been told. Therefore, if what I am writing has reached your hands in published form, I am probably already safe as you are reading this. Right now though, while I am writing this, I don't feel much safety .

My only strength is having presented myself as a somewhat eccentric hobo. Having done this, I might be thought harmlessly crazy. Who could be threatened by a hobo? What are the chances that any of this will be published anyway? At this point I am no threat to those whom this expose will effect.

It is hoped that my cover of obscurity will hold up until the blatant fame of this published work will cover my ass. At some point I need to write a letter. In this letter that I plan to write I will ask government agencies for personal information about myself. My right to have this information is outlined in the Freedom of Information Act. I will send some form of this basic letter to all of the addresses that I will include here. The information that I gain from these inquiries might be used to construct a law suit against various government agencies.

The reason that I am including this letter in this book is because when you find out what this book is about, you may want to consider suing the government also. I would like to put the money that might be derived from such lawsuits in a huge non-profit corporation. This corporation would be formed to promote the transforming of our republic into a total electronic democracy! With such a system what happened to me would have been impossible. There would have been too many concerned citizens watching those in power. Those in power would not have remained in power if people knew what was happening. .

The public must be aware of what can happen to a person if we sit idle and let special interest political machines enslave us. What I outline in this chapter is merely a suggestion. You may have a better idea of action to take. I just want to show by example what I wish to do. You might want to follow up and do something similar. You may need to write a book to express some observed injustice in your life.

You say it might not work. Right, it might not. If you really believe that write me with a better idea. If it is a good idea I will write another book, give you credit for your idea, and then we can all get behind your idea. Meanwhile, here is my best effort. I hope that later on we can get some kind of non-profit organization. It needs to be funded by the people who feel oppressed. Not by the oppressors.

I want to change reality in such a way that sober living makes sense.It is hard to enslave sober people. Do you know who is sober? It is not the people who need to be sober. If it was everyone would be doing it. Liquor, beer, and wine would go out of style in my ideal world. Why, because life would be so intoxicating you would not need it. You only need a pain reliever if you are in pain. I ant to remove the cause of the pain so we can live sober. Who would want to live sober in this world?

This was when the attorney, G. Brocket Irwin, was fighting the case for Sol back in 79. It was when the government framed him on those two counts. This was when Irwin had gotten Sols file. I was implicated in Sol's F.B.I. record because of our close association. It was because of my living at Sols house. I was there for 4 years during the massive investigation. The government was trying to find out what happened to all that money that Sol gave to Lyndon. It was during that time that Sol's F.B.I. file, essentially, became my file. If I was there when all of his conversations were being bugged it would follow that my replies to Sol's conversation were also bugged and recorded. This was the case.

G. Brockett is dead now. He had the file that I am asking the government for again. G. Brockett's widow has since remarried and moved from her former location. I have lost touch with her. If this had not have happened I might be able to get a copy of my F.B.I. file from her. Then I would not have to bother with the F.B.I.

This would be my record up to the year 1979. This would not, of course, reveal if they are still involved in wasting the tax payers money bugging me today.

Dear sirs,

Before 1979 there was an extensive investigation that I was accidentally caught up in. It was of my friend Billie Sol Estes.

Although, Billie Sol was innocent of all charges brought against him he was found guilty. He was sentenced to a term in the federal penitentiary. I understand the reason that this happened. It was because of vital information that the Judge suppressed. Judge Hill kept vital evidence from going in front of the jury.

The Judge that suppressed this information had been appointed by Lyndon Johnson. In other words, this was the very political machine that Sols innocence would incriminate.

During this trial, Sol's attorney, G. Brocket Erwin asked me to help him. He wanted me to help him with the arranging for presentation of various documents. I became very familiar with these documents. These were the documents that would prove Sol's innocence. In fact, these documents proved beyond a shadow of a doubt the innocence of Billie Sol. This happened back in 1979. It was only then that I, having looked at Sols F.B.I. file, realized my implication. This implication was because of my close association with Sol. There existed a massive F.B.I. file on me also. In fact, you might say that with the investigation that was ensuing prior to 1979, Sol's file and mine were one in the same. This was due to my living at Sol's residence at 70 Castle drive in Abilene, Texas.

As I mentioned before, the presiding federal Judge, John Hill, refused to allow the evidence. This evidence proved Sol's innocence and was not allowed to go before the jury. I feel that this was due to political influence. This influence came from the still powerful, remnants of the L.B.J. political machine.

Judge Hill also refused to acknowledge an affidavit brought to him. This was a statement to the effect that Billie Sol never intended to defraud anyone. This statement was from the man whom Sol was supposed to have mail frauded for 50 thousand dollars. This affidavit was obtained by the efforts of three people. These people were G. Brocket Irwin, Sol, and myself. This suppressed information was from a Mr. J.H.Burkett. It was obtained after Sol was pronounced guilty and before his sentence was passed.

Sol was still out on bond. The reason we didn't approach this man sooner with the information was because the government was obviously trying to hang Sol. They would use anything that they could get to do so. This was obvious because of the stack of bogus charges they first came at him with. Most of the original charges were dropped. If we were not careful we would probably be charged with tampering with a government witness. The government might say that we were obstructing justice!

For years after witnessing this blatant miscarriage of justice and having my name smeared over the news media, I have lived in fear. At this writing, in the past five years I have been involved with an alcohol and drug rehabilitation program. With God's help I am making progress toward putting my life back together. I had been shocked by the injustice that I saw. It was perpetrated by those who chose to misuse their power. I have had to deal with fear and stress. I believe that this stress was largely responsible for my increased use of drugs and alcohol.

Part of my rehabilitation depends on a process of amends to myself and others. To do this I may have to take certain legal action against people and agencies that I feel have been involved in these gross injustices. I feel that these people have perverted the use of their powers. I am referring here to their various offices of government. They did this for their protection and gain.

I wish to ensure that what happened to me doesn't happen to other innocent people. No one should have to be harassed and threatened by the misuse of government agencies. So, pursuant to he freedom of information act 5 U.S.C. 552, I hereby request access to or a copy of any documents that you have. I am referring here to documents that may have resulted from your department investigating Mr.Estes where I was involved.

The social security dept. has already recognized that my disability was resultant from the entire investigation fiasco. They are paying me a small sum each month. I ask that before they paid me a dime, they acquire my complete records from your office. I was hoping that they would do this because of my financial inability to pay for this massive amount of material you may have on file.

I ask social security to request my files so my Legal Aid attorney would have access to them. The legal aid attorney and I have a signed agreement that I or a person who I would chose as an attorney would have access to my files. Progress on this is nonexistent even though I have been receiving payment for my disability for some time at this writing. As this is not progressing at a very rapid rate, I would ask that you mail or otherwise deliver to my mailing address directly to me all files your office has on this matter. I would appreciate it if you would wave all fees and charges. The public will benefit from this information as I will.

I am publishing a book, it is available over the inter net. I am presently updateing this book. It is pertaining to the subject mentioned. I am also considering certain legal actions that I may want to pursue against various Government Agencys.

You might determine that some portions of the material that I am requesting are exempt from release. If this is the case I request that you provide me with the remainder. I hereby reserve my right to appeal any such decision.

If you do not grant this request within 10 working days I will consider my request denied.I would like to be able to leave you a phone number. At this point I cannot afford a phone. This is due to the devastation that the aforementioned events have left me in. If you need to leave a message for me I will be glad to come to a local meeting with you here in Austin and discuss any matter if you will notify me by mail.

What would you want to happen? What would you want set straight if you were in my shoes? How would you have the government pay you back for causing your paranoia? How would you have them pay back your friend for his incarceration?

The government released the rambling of my drunk friend as gospel. They took advantage of his weakness for alcohol. They knowingly framed a man on the strength of his drunken ramblings. How can I be paid for the time that I have spent wondering if they are still watching me?

What would I do with the money paid to me for recompense?

I envisioned centers that would provide a framework for people putting their lives back together. People need a sanctuary from the pressures and the stresses that we experience in this society. I am talking about pressures that would cause us to want to use drugs and alcohol. The problem is not drugs and alcohol, it is a living problem that makes the drugs and alcohol a viable option to ease the pain and the stress that are almost automatic events in our so structured society.

1. Get drunk or high and try not to think about it.

2. Stay sober and work toward a solution. The solution might be found by people working together toward a common cause. That cause would be, in this case, to find a way for people to avoid being enslaved by the national debt. To take control of the situation before it takes control of us.

My part in this is that I have written this book so that people will start to think about what is going on. If the government will waste the amount of money that they have irresponsibly following a broke hobo around, they don't deserve to govern. It is time to institute some changes. I have no idea what will develop with this effort. I know that I have to try. My plan is to sue the present government if I can. I will need all the help, support, and moral encouragement that can be mustered, not to mention money.
